We celebrated the New Year with our friends, Brandon & Hannah with a quick road trip out to my parents Wyoming cabin! It was wonderful! We enjoyed eating wonderful food, drinking, playing games, playing cards, relaxing, telling and making good stories and a day of skiing! Here we are on New Year's Day hitting the slopes (above) and the beautiful cabin and view (below).
Clay was definitely the champion skier of the bunch! He makes it looks so easy!!!
I know we look like pros...but yes, Hannah & I had a couple falls!
We intended on skiing 2 days, but the weather decided that we could only handle one. We attempted to drive to the lodge, but as you can see, we had difficulty seeing not only the road, but the hood of the traverse.
We stopped in Centennial (1/2 way to the ski lodge) and decided to turn around and head back to the cabin. Not before we sent Brandon in the blizzard for more ice!

The wonderful blizzard like conditions made us start celebrating on New Year's Eve a little early!!! We had a great time and can't wait to go out again!
