Gobble...Gobble...Gobble

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We are very grateful this Thanksgiving (and for a new computer since our other decided to quit working..sorry for the delay in blogging).

Our little turkey in the big pot (FYI: a new clean pot) on Thanksgiving morning before everyone came to our home.

I wasn't very good at taking pictures this Thanksgiving, but here is our attempt at our family photo. Almost an impossible task anymore..but I won't stop trying!

Where is Meredith?

The girls were quietly playing in Lauren's room the other day (quiet=mischief). I went into Lauren's room and asked, "Where is Meredith?"
Lauren placed Meredith up on her bed and then surrounded her with her stuffed animals. I was truly amazed how Meredith played along while Lauren completed her masterpiece.

Note: to any of you who have asked...NO I don't typically let Meredith play indepently with necklaces on..waiting to strangle herself. Her wonderful big sister kindly placed this necklace on because it puts a smile on Meredith's face. We have since discussed the possible dangers of this.
