Adventureland

We decided to take a break from working on finishing our basement and took Lauren to Adventureland. Clayton and Lauren had so much fun on several rides. We couldn't believe how brave she was. There was only one ride she didn't really like (she didn't tell us she didn't like it until we got home and the ride made Clayton a little uneasy too). Here our little girl is on the Raging River. They got stuck under a waterfall and they both got soaked! Clay is in the blue shirt with his arm around our little girl.

Here they are starting on the balloon ride...a favorite of both.

You can barely see them up so high, but they are in the blue balloon in the back.

And finally in the nice calm lady bugs!

Was it the ride next to The Dragon that goes round and round and suckes you to the outside? (Its got a little shelter over it too).

Ryan, that's called the "Silly Silo" but should be called the "barfing tube of terror." I hope Lauren didn't go on that. What a brave little girl though to try the raging river!

No it wasn't the Silly Silo (but I did go on that after biskets, gravel, and a medium latte!).

I looked it up and it’s called the 'Himalaya' just below the Dragon. (http://www.adventurelandpark.com/map/#)

We went on the SSilo, the Dragon, and the Tornado with no problem. Funny this was this one that made me throw in the towel. It’s like a romantic ride with slow music and a disco ball...but it goes on forever.

Maybe they should call it the 'Everything I do, I do it for you' ride. Slow, romantic, makes you want to puke by the time you are finished...

No the ride was called the lighthouse. They were gold rocket ships that went up and down and round and round, which Clayton said "made his inards go round and round".
