Go Cyclones!!!

Now that I am back to work, I admit I am not very good about keeping this up to date. A few weeks ago weeks ago we were able to spend some time with Lauren at the Iowa State Football game. She loves going and it becomes more of a "Where's Cy" game (similar to where's Waldo). Go Cyclones!

What a beautiful November day!

One of the things I love the most about going to games is the family time we can all spend together! Some of the Muller girls: Jennifer, Jillian (her 1st ISU football game), Ann and Lauren. Lauren had lots of fun despite the look of "excitement" on her face!

Happy Halloween!!!

It was a cold and raining night in Waukee, but the kids were so excited to trick-or-treat (in order to fill their tummies).

BATGIRL!!!

My "Boo"tiful Girls! Meredith stayed inside and enjoyed the warmth of our home.

Thankfully the guys braved the cold to take the kids out for their treats. Shannon, Emma, & Connor McCoy, Lauren, Clayton & Meredith.

Who said Tinkerbell and Batgirl couldn't be friends?

Doesn't Get Much Cuter Than This!

I took Meredith to get her 1st pictures taken today. She suprised me by being an angel! She smiled so much (as long as she was on her belly) and I had such a hard time choosing which ones to get (which is why I ended up with too many). I am unable to rotate these pictures so sorry about that and these are not edited. So so cute!

Decorating Pumpkins

After celebrating Grandma Johnson's birthday (which I didn't take any pictures of..what was I thinking) and seeing cousin Kyler, we went to Jennifer and Lee's to decorate pumpkins by carving them or painting them. Lauren loved painting her pumpkin blue (her favorite color) and liked that her Dad carved it out afterwards. She didn't like getting her hands all messy with pumpkin goo.

Lauren hard at work with her paintbrush.

Jillian enjoying the view and all the activity. Plus, she is safe from Lauren picking her up here!

Sweet little Meredith.

So proud of her pumpkin! Also note her outfit as she is expressing her own fashion sense: Brown top, blue pants, and purple socks (which you cannot see).

2 months old!

I have now survived 2 months of life, which my parents keep saying has been a little challenging. The beginning of the month I was a little fussy, but I've decided to calm down a little bit. I still prefer to be held or in my bouncy seat or swing. Yesterday I heard my Mommy & Daddy say it was the best day I've had so far. It must have been because I smiled most of the day and tried to "talk" to them alot. I also had my 2 month check up and I got my immunizations and they didn't bother me too much. I stopped crying shortly after my Mommy picked me up. I LOVE to eat and do it well, as is displayed with my 13 lbs and 2 oz. I still eat every 3-4hrs during the day and every 4-5hrs during the night. I like my food too much to sleep right now. I attended my first wedding this month. I have had horrible baby acne, but it seems to be improving. I went to my first pumpkin patch. I took a trip back to see Papa Rich/Nana Kathy and Papa & Nana Muller. I LOVE tummy time and I'm getting used to this big ole head of mine. My Mommy bought me this big flower she sometimes puts on my head because she got tired of people calling me a boy (even though I was dressed in pink).

I still like to be heard and I am VERY LOUD. I decided to be loud with everything too..my cries, burps, and poops! I have the BEST big sister in the world. She loves me very much and is such a good helper, even if her goal is to not let me sleep.

Clay's Hunting Trip

Clayton went up near Goodrich, North Dakota for an exciting hunting trip. They hunted pheasants, ducks (including mallards, wigeons, pintails) and Canada geese. He hunted all day long for 3 days and spent the other 2 days traveling there and back. He met alot of interesting people there and brought home a lot of game for me to try and cook. Lauren is so excited to eat the duck and keeps asking when we're going to cook it.

Here they are with one day worth of pheasants.

With one day of ducks.

Having Fun!

As Clayton was away, we decided to have some fun too. We went back to see some family and friends and to wish Nana Kathy a Happy Birthday! Lauren loves her sister so much and is a wonderful helper. She has grown up so much since Meredith was born.

Lauren loved all the pumpkins Nana Kathy grew. Here is the biggest one...

then the next morning we woke up to SNOW!!! Lauren and Papa Rich had fun having a snowball fight.
