Thanksgiving

We had a quiet Thanksgiving. Due to illness, we unfortunately had a much smaller group than we had planned. We missed all who were unable to come.
I love to cook Thanksgiving food. It is my favorite all year! Clay is carving the turkey so, it didn't make it in the picture.

My favorite son's first Thanksgiving!

Both Nana Kathy and Nana Muller enjoyed their baby time!

2 months old!

It's hard to believe that 2 months have already flown by! Levi, you are changing so much. You are having more awake time and love to look around at the crazy girls in our house. You are very tolerant to the noise and the "love" that they share often with you. You love when Lauren sits and talks to you. You give her lots of smiles and she is trying to get you to say her name already. You laughed for the 1st time this month and it was while Lauren was holding you. You still have a sensitive belly and are constipated, but are pretty tolerant of it. It does keep you up at night, so you are still getting up every 3-4hours (sometimes more) at night. In the last 2 days you have learned to stick out your tongue and you think you are pretty funny when you do it. At your 2 month check up you weighed 11lbs 13oz and measured 24 inches long. You DID NOT like your immunizations.
Your swing is one of your favorite places. You found the mirror at the top this month and love looking at yourself. You have found other mirrors in the house too and you are very intrigued by the handsome fellow staring back at you.
You like to sit in your bouncy seat and preferably by the window/slider doors. You love to look outside. Since the end of this month has been so cold, you haven't been out too much lately. At the beginning of your 2nd month you went to your 1st pumpkin patch and celebrated your 1st Halloween. You had your 1st trip out of state and did great. You are tolerating car rides great now. You love your pacifier/monkey.
You LOVE to be held facing out to absorb what is going on. You often fall asleep in Daddy or Mommy's arms like this too. You are a very content little guy. You just want someone to hold you!
 You love your tummy time!

You have really started to smile and talk during your 2nd month! You don't like to give the smiles up for the camera though. We hear the most from you when someone has you all to themselves. You have so much to say, once the rest of the house is quiet. You love to lie down on the floor and exercise your body. You seem to "talk" the most then. You have a VERY strong grip. You often hang on to Mommy's collar of her shirt when you nurse. We love you so much Levi!

Happy Halloween!

How amazing to get 2 great pictures of our 3 children! I love them both (especially since we caught Levi smiling) so I thought I would post both of them! They all had a blast Trick-or-treating and enjoyed the wonderful evening! Levi stayed inside while one of us handed out candy to the hundreds of kids that came through.

 My favorite Batman!

My favorite Mike Wasowski! The best part included putting the candy in the pouch behind his mouth!
My favorite cowgirl!

They had so much fun running door to door. Lauren had her joke ready and Meredith had the biggest smile the entire evening.

Pumpkin Patch!

We went to the Pumpkin Patch a couple of weeks ago. We spent several hours enjoying the good weather. This is the best picture of the 3 kids that I could get. The girls had a blast climbing and jumping up and down the hay bales.

The slide is always a hit too!

They spent a lot of time in the corn pile burying one another.
Can you find Lauren?

Meredith is lucky she didn't get lost in the corn maze, since after this picture she decided to take off running!
 Lauren found her pumpkin.
 so did Meredith.
Levi spent his time in the stroller or with Mom carrying him in the sling.

One Month Old!

We have all survived the first month! We love you Levi and are so happy to have you in our crazy busy life! You are very tolerant to all the activities you are dragged to. You don't like your car seat too much and prefer to be carried in the sling by mom. You are pretty laid back. You have a sensitive tummy. You like to eat every 3 hours. You are up at night every 2-3 hours. We are patiently waiting for you to sleep more at night! You have met several family and friends this month. You have had a few stroller rides and usually stay awake the entire time. You have been to several soccer games,  church and to drop offs of gymnastics, piano, soccer practice, etc. You have smiled a couple times and are having more awake times now. Your hair is a little crazy so you sport a faux hawk most of the time.

You tolerate the loud noises, screams, laughs, and "LOVE" from your sisters. They both love to hold and entertain you.

We would never hear a peep out of you if we could hold you all day long on our chest. You prefer to put one hand behind your head!
You don't like to be swaddled anymore because you prefer to sleep with your hands above your head!

I think you are trying to tell me to stop with the pictures! :)

Soccer!

Our Thursdays and Saturdays have been full of soccer, soccer, soccer!!! Meredith started soccer this season and loved every minute of it. She started really strong in the season, but ended the season with a few more cartwheels inbetween plays and smiling at us while running. Each Thursday you can't wait to put your soccer gear on. I have never seen you get dressed so quickly as you do on Thursdays!Meredith, I love that you have no fear and you wear a smile the entire time you play!

You smile the entire time you run! I love it!

Lauren's season is still going on, but it has been so much fun to watch you this season. You and your teammates are really growing together and mature with the sport. You always know where you should be and I love that about you! It has been a fun season to watch!
Making a goal...
My favorite part of each game....this smile on your face after you make a goal. You try so hard not to smile, but after you make a goal you run back to your position, then turn around and look at us with this smile. You just can't hold it in and I love it. I am so proud of you Lauren.
