5 months old!

I have changed so much this month. I still love to eat as you can see. I still prefer my mommy over bottles, but sometimes I just give in. I eat about 5 times a day and sleep very well at night. I usually go to bed at 6-7pm and get up at 5am. Once a week I like to pull an all nighter. I don't sleep very well during the day, but I am usually too busy checking out what is going on around me. I started rice cereal this month and didn't like it at first, but now I can't get enough of it. I celebrated my 1st Christmas and my 1st New Years. I was able to see all of my cousins this month! I love my activity mat! I love my teacher, Katie, at day care so much. If she is gone I am just not the same. She has styled my hair a couple of times. Here are my first pigtails. My mom thought I looked like Cindy Lou Who. I still have a very strong personality. I don't like to be rocked. I prefer to put myself to sleep as long as I have my thumb, pink lovey and my mobile. I rub my eyes and face when I am tired and trying to put myself to sleep. When I am happy my entire body squirms with excitement and everyone knows if I don't like something. I like attention and just want someone to talk to me, especially my sister. I love to grab my mommy and daddy's faces and my sister's hair. I have had a cold off and on. I can roll from my tummy to back and can almost roll from my back to belly. I love kisses. My eyes are starting to turn brown. I love to kick my legs. I love to keep my hands busy with anything I can get my hands on. If I can't find something to play with, I will just stare at them. I love to play with all of my toys and touch all of their buttons. When I lie on my belly I squirm around and kick to try and get the toy they put in front of me. I love my home computer. I am still really loud and love to talk and hear the sound of my own voice.

Frosty the Snowman!

Thank goodness it's not as cold anymore and we can get out and enjoy the snow. Here are some pictures from last weekend with Clay and Lauren building a snowman. She sang Frosty the Snowman the entire time. Then they finished with a snow ball fight!

Quote of the Day!

It smells like dirty pigs and onions!

Lauren referring to a foul smell on the way to church this morning.

Govig Christmas!

The Govig Christmas was CRAZY!

Just kidding. The wonderful Iowa weather postponed the Govig Christmas until last weekend. It was wonderful to have a houseful of busy Govigs. The kids all have so much fun together. The serious picture!

So cute! Kyler (20 months), Lauren (4yrs), Meredith (4 1/2 months), Micah (2yrs), Eli (8 1/2 months).

Kyler with his hard hat on, ready to work.

Thomas..Thomas..Thomas. No one loves Thomas more than Micah.

Being silly with Papa Rich.

I love this picture of Eli. He is so interested.

Meredith loves her new toy.

Lauren and Aunt Rachel worked on this beautiful gingerbread house. Who are we kidding, Melanie and Rachel ended up finishing it. And I think we had more fun than Lauren too!

How sweet are these two? All cuddled up together in Lauren's tent watching the Grinch.

Muller Christmas

We were able to celebrate the Muller Christmas just after the new year. It was wonderful to have everyone together again. The entire family.

Jillian (11 months), Lauren (4 yrs) and Meredith (4 1/2 months). These girls will have so much fun growing up together!

With Papa and Nana Muller.

Lauren loves to practice writing her letters and was busy at work.

Abby and Jack

How lucky we were to have Nick, Teresa, Abby and Jack Muller stop by on their way back home to Texas. We miss them so much since they have moved. We had so much fun and can't wait to see them again. Here is our attempt to get a picture of all 4 kids. Jack (2 1/2 yrs), Meredith (4 1/2 months), Lauren and Abby (4 yrs..and only 5 days apart).

Teresa and I took the girls to see Curious George. It was so fun to see their excitement for the show.

Passing time making silly faces.

Mad face.

L & L

We were able to get Lauren and her second cousin, Lilly Bakhit together this holiday season. Lilly is 4 months older and she is a hoot! They had so much fun being silly together.
The girls and Meredith with Great Grandpa and Great Grandma Johnson!

Giving big loves to Meredith.

Silly girls (Lauren wouldn't let go of Stephen, her horse)

My favorite picture.
