Lauren's new room

Lauren was outgrowing her wonderful toddler bed, so we decided to get her a big bed and also to move her into a new, bigger room. Lauren was a great help painting her room lavendar.

Lauren loves her new purple and green room. She loves her butterflies, who protect her at night and her new bed. She is so excited to show her room to anyone who comes over. She picked out her purple sparkle curtains and wanted to help us with every aspect (hanging the curtains, her letters, etc.)

As I painted her flowers on her wall, Lauren wanted to paint a picture too. This picture is of "Emily". Note her 2 different colored eyes, nose, mouth, and two-toned hair.

Welcome Home!

Clayton enjoyed a ski trip to Breckenridge with no injuries! Lauren and I had some good girl time (including going to the State Wrestling Finals) but we were excited to have him home. Lauren couldn't stop talking to him about everything she did while he was gone!

Jillian Nicole Saathoff

Lauren is so excited to finally have a girl cousin, Jillian!!! What a wonderful addition to the Muller family. We are so happy to meet her and what wonderful parents Jennifer and Lee have become.

Busy at Work

Lauren came downstairs with her purse, cell phone, and keys and said she was going to work. Then she would sit at the table and would work diligently punching numbers and writing them down. She also remembered to take a few phone calls too.

Lauren's News!

Just in case you couldn't understand Lauren with a mouthful of peaches, yes she is going to be a BIG sister! I am 13 weeks along and due August 28th. Lauren is so excited and reminds us on a daily basis everything we need to do to prepare for the baby; "get a cradle, buy a pacifer, buy bottles, paint the baby's room" etc. My favorite part is when Lauren is using the baby to get something in her favor. She wanted some smarties the other day, so she put her ear on my belly and said, "Do you hear that? The baby said I should have some smarties!" Funny girl!

We're going to the zoo!

Lauren and I thought we would enjoy the beautiful 50 degree weather and take a trip to the Blank Park Zoo. It was wonderful to enjoy the outdoors and Lauren loved watching the animals!

The tigers were Lauren's favorite part. This tiger would "play" with you and match your hand with it's paw. Lauren was brave and once put her hand up, but I missed the photo op.

Fashionista? You decide.

Lauren decided to pick out her clothes this morning to wear to "school" (a.k.a. day care). It wasn't worth the battle, so she went just like that and was so happy to show her teacher her outfit. At least they are all stripes, right?
